Blessing is a career economist with vast experience notably in the Public sector, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Central Banking. His areas of interests and expertise are in Risk Management, Systems Assurance & Internal Audit. He Chair’s the Institution’s board as a Non Executive Director providing thought leadership and direction to attain the overall mission of the company. He currently works for a diversified Investment holding Company with business interests in the Motor Industry, Property Investments, Hotels and Agriculture where he has primary responsibility for Internal Audit & Enterprise Wide Risk Management.
Kingstone has worked in the financial services sector with over 19 year’s experience. He has worked in diverse financial institutions notably, Commercial Bank, Investment Bank, Finance House and Development Finance and Micro-Finance institutions. He started his career in Retail Banking, Banking Operations and moved to ICT. He was instrumental in initiating acquisition & implementation of Core Banking Systems that streamlined processes, improved internal control and increased profitability. He has 15 years in Senior & Executive Management experience with Profit and Loss responsibility and Strategic Management. He has a strong pioneering spirit and leadership ability. He has various certificates in Management, Banking & Finance.
Innocent serves on the Institution’s board as a Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He has served in various accounting related capacities over the last 22 years. His areas of expertise and interest are in management accounting, providing key insight into financial performance from business operations. His experience spans across the industry verticals of Oil & Gas, Infrastructure Development, Manufacturing and Insurance. He currently serves as Head Finance for a publicly listed regional Insurance company with operations in the Zambia, Malawi and Zimbabwe.
Thabelani is a registered Legal Practioner with the Law Society of Zimbabwe, who currently serves on the Institutions board as Non Executive Director. His primary areas of expertise and practise range from Criminal Litigation, Commercial Law and Labour Law. He currently works in practise for a reputable law firm in Zimbabwe as a Professional Assistant.
